Winning Scientific Management, in partnership with the Management Consulting Institute (MCI), will launch in Portugal a certification program for access to the profession of management and business consultant. But not only. According to Carlos Jerónimo, Winning’s partner, “the structure of the MCI certification program that we now bring to Portugal allows any professional to upgrade their qualifications and skills, thus extending their opportunities for personal progression.”
As part of the launch of this partnership, Winning has decided to launch the Future Top Consultant competition with the aim of promoting the entry of young graduates into the consulting world, giving them the opportunity to obtain an MCI certification free of charge in the course of the session on the 18th and 19th of November in Lisbon.
The conditions for young graduates to qualify for this Winning offer are the current frequency of the last year of their degree, or the undergraduate degree for less than 2 years, in the areas of management, economics, computer science, human resources, finance, accounting, marketing or advocacy.
In addition to these requirements, applicants must submit a 150-word application text explaining why they should be selected. Winning will offer 3 certifications, each valued at 1080 euros.
This type of certification is new in Portugal. It was launched four years ago in the United States by MCI, an entity that brings together experts from around the world and who set global standards for the practice of consulting. The creation of this type of certification is also aimed at democratizing access to business consulting and management skills to a wider range of professionals.
Through this partnership with MCI, Winning becomes the only entity in Portugal to certify consultants who wish to develop their skills in the area of management consulting.
