In service companies the main asset are people. Their continuous development both on a technical and on a behavioral level is mandatory for the company to stay competitive and to add value to their customers and partners.
The lack of competitiveness and the lack of exploration of international markets shows that nowadays companies need to create new solutions to adapt to new costumer’s needs. Since consumption is decreasing we need to create products adapted to the reality of each client – costumer centric experience – and we need to provide companies tools to explore international markets in terms of a good cost-benefit analysis.
Good human resources tend to be attracted to clusters with a bigger demand which shows that companies do need to become increasingly attractive to employees in order to have the most qualified candidates. Besides that, the lack of skills in human resources should be countered with training to both i) develop your human capital capacities and ii) stimulate their presence in the company.
Companies are starting to understand the need to focus on innovation and to develop tools that allows companies to have new solutions for their problems, which includes the technological update that all companies need.
