The Project Manager ( GP ) Mersino Anthony, author of Emotional Intelligence for Project Management, published in 2009, claims to have become a better and more competent leader in the management of projects, he was able to recognize the value of emotions and relationships in the workplace, become aware of the feelings and learned to give them credit as a source of information, besides being sensitive to the feelings of people around them and take this information into account when making decisions.
