From my experience of over 15 years in project and programme management, I always look for the

1. Be persistent
A project manager needs to be persistent and well organized. You need to be able to determine what needs to be done, in which order, to achieve a desired outcome. There are easy projects but many others are complex and hard to complete, therefore you need to be persistent if you want to achieve Project Management success.
