How a BA Became a BP
We currently live in an economic macro environment particularly difficult and uncertain. Most organizations don’t know what tomorrow holds and the only certainty is in the difficulties of the present. Organizations need to bet on confident investments, taking advantage of opportunities of the moment, and to be strict in monitoring their activity and results. Only then they will gain sustainable competitive advantage against their competitors.
The margin for error is absolutely minimal and, in a business where the activity is managed and supported by projects, the future of the organization is at stake, and who better adapt more easily and quickly recover and create your particularly blue ocean.
Competitive intelligence
Competitive Intelligence (CI) is a proactive, opportunistic, and prospective approach that consists of strategically searching and analyzing market and organizational information, identifying threats and opportunities. It is not only a defensive strategy to anticipate threats in the market, it is also a way to identify opportunities, new business ideas and new ways to regenerate the organization.
The ultimate goal is to generate business ideas, facilitate the decision-making process, reduce the reaction time to the market and disseminate intelligence through the company, in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
Creating New Habits
What we do every day, over and over, determines our success. Some of these activities occur even without realizing it, and without realizing it, they define us. They define our productivity, our mentality and consequently the path that we follow in our lives.
Why not then create habits that are beneficial for us to achieve our goals and dreams? It is not as difficult as we can think and we can achieve it by following only 7 simple steps.

New Business Strategies
Scheduled obsolescence consists of the producer’s decision to purposely develop, manufacture and distribute a consumer product in a way that becomes obsolete or non-functional specifically to force the consumer to purchase the new generation of the product. In this way, the companies guarantee the constant consumption, through the dissatisfaction caused by the impediment of satisfying the needs of their clients, leading them to acquire a new product again.
